You understand that any information entered by you on Synergy may be available to and accessed by the Superintendent or designee at any time for any reason. If you discover any incorrect or inappropriate information on Synergy, you must notify your immediate supervisor as soon as practicable. Any information you enter onto Synergy must, to the best of your knowledge, be accurate and appropriate. You may not enter, alter, or amend any information on Synergy unless authorized to do so as part of your employment. All information entered into Synergy shall relate to CCPS business. Personal files, pictures, or other information not related to CCPS are not allowed to be stored on the CCPS network. If you discover any breach of security of Synergy, you must notify your immediate supervisor as soon as practicable. You are expressly prohibited from sharing user account information and passwords. Passwords are to be kept strictly confidential.
